About UsHi and welcome to the site! My name is Phil Dentinger and I am a professional coach and the CEO of Life Coaching International. As an executive coach, professional life coach, team development coach and leadership trainer I help people and teams improve the quality of their lives using coaching principles in the areas of awareness, intentional living, conscious choosing and purposeful action. For over 14 years I have coached, trained or consulted with hundreds of executives, professionals and leaders in a range of companies from internet startups to the Fortune 500. Early in my career I was an information technology consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers where I contributed to the development and quality assurance of proprietary technology systems. As I became more passionate about helping clients in a training capacity I transferred to Deloitte Consulting where I served as an SAP Information Technology Subject Matter Expert, Training Consultant, Team Leader and Project Manager. In this professional capacity I enjoyed additional leadership activities and played an integral role in developing a national project team training group whose core focus was to train and develop upper level management project teams on how to succeed with using new SAP technology systems. In the year 2000 I continued on my path of professional development and joined the account executive team at Hire.com, an internet based application service provider in the human resources industry. During this period of unprecedented internet business growth I served as a best practices consultant to human resource departments, a training consultant and an account executive to over 20 businesses in a year and a half period. During this period of my life I started to recognize my ability to inspire my clients to be successful with positive intentions and more effective communication skills. After a year and a half with Hire.com I chose to use a couple months of my life to relfect and become more aware of my true desires. During this couple month period I learned to be more aware of my thought processes and how they were manifesting my life experiences. I consistently noticed the miraculous synchronicities that were occuring in my life and I became enlightened with this new knowledge of the role our inner intentions play. I started to express my passion for helping people develop awareness in this area and also help them apply the power of their own intentions so they could also experience more joy and happiness in their lives. In 2001, with this new enthusiasm I was happy to accept the invitation to join Deloitte Consulting in their Human Capital Practice. It was here that I progressed to Manager in the firm and enjoyed leading and co-leading consulting projects that helped over ten thousand employees align to new corporate visions and implement enterprise transformation. The client service initiatives on these projects included: * Training Program Design and Implementation * Change Management Planning and Implementation * Largescale Workforce Transistions * Communication Planning and Implementation * Project Team Training * Business Process Re-Alignment * Leadership and Vision Alignment At this point in my life I had developed a tremendous amount of management consulting experience, team training experience and business experience. I also started to realize that I was here to blend more of my true life purpose of helping people live the joy of being more intentional with all the business experiences I had. In 2003 I hired a Life Coach to help me develop more clarity for how I was going use my abilities and be more true to living my life purpose. This coaching process of self discovery, visioning and learning to be more conscious of my choices was profound for me. It was then that I knew I desired to be a professional coach and own my own coaching business. In 2004 I launched my coaching business and in 2005 I graduated from the ICF accredited professional coaching school, the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (IPEC). Shortly after graduating from IPEC I completed the Genos Emotional Intelligence certification program and I learned how to help leaders accurately understand the energy of their own emotions and be more effective with the people they lead.
